Uniq Skates reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, in colors, weights, materials, equipment, specifications, and models. Any variations in colors shown may be due to the reproductive variations of the displaying process. Photos may include equipment not available in all markets. Some models may be shown with optional accessories. All product is subject to availability.

RETURN POLICY:

  1. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.
  2. Enclose a letter with a good phone number, your name, the rink’s name, why the item is being returned, and what you

want us to do (repair, replace, etc.).

  1. We cannot accept boxes that have been marked. Please wrap them before shipping.
  2. We cannot accept skates that have already been mounted. To protect yourself we encourage you to get at least a

deposit from your customer before placing orders for mounted outfits.

  1. 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
  2. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  3. You must get authorization over the phone before returning anything.
  4. We can not guarantee the sale of products.
  5. The final say on any defective return is up to the individual manufacturer of the product, not us. Most manufacturers

reserve the right to repair or replace defective products, and also limit the length of the warranty.
